A tribute to the majestic river, ever enchanting yet evoking within the thought to strive, the Pharmaceutical Society and Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology, IIT (BHU) organizes the 11th edition of the Nation's largest Techno-Pharm. fest-SPIRIT'20: Scintillating Symphony. Orchestrating pharma and medical enthusiasts around the world, the two-day event from 21st March, promises to encapture new ideas innovations to bring out the best of the participants, exposing the technological wing to reveal the magic within. So steady the sails and dive into an everlasting journey to the world of pharma. The Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology, IIT (BHU) was established in 1932 under the aegis of Prof. M.L. Schroff, marking the birth of Pharmacy Education in India. The department is also the hometown to many national-level professional bodies like - UP Pharmaceutical Association(1934), The Pharmaceutical Society(1934), Indian Pharmaceutical Association(1940), Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India(1966), and many more.
